Known for crafting seasonal, garden-forward menus and creating elevated guest experiences, with a strong background in event execution, culinary team leadership, and cost management.   • Chef Stefani De Palma

    PRIVATE CHEF

    Chef Stefani De Palma is a Southern California–born culinary talent known for her refined, seasonal cuisine and thoughtful approach to dietary inclusivity. A Le Cordon Bleu graduate, she spent over a decade at Michelin-starred Addison in San Diego, serving as Chef de Cuisine and helping lead the team to its third star in 2022. She also represented Team USA at the 2025 Bocuse d'Or, earning first in the Americas and seventh worldwide. Now based in Napa Valley, Chef De Palma continues to craft elevated, ingredient-driven experiences that blend creativity, precision, and a deep respect for her guests' diverse needs.

    Classically trained in Italy and shaped by experience in acclaimed kitchens across Europe and the U.S., Massi brings a deep reverence for culinary tradition and artistry. In 2007, he and his wife Jen opened Riva Cucina, their Michelin-recognized restaurant in Berkeley, which garnered a devoted following for 17 years. In 2024, they evolved Riva into an exclusive Napa Valley venture, offering private fine dining and bespoke culinary experiences rooted in handmade pasta, house-cured meats, and locally grown produce—all thoughtfully crafted to reflect the art of Italian hospitality in the heart of wine country.
